Chat
Live chat with the team and other operators. #support is the general support channel for every tier, and #announcements carries releases, maintenance and incident notes. Sign in with your kubehz account at chat.kubehz.cloud. You join both rooms automatically.
Keep anything involving personal data, account details or a security issue out of the public rooms: e-mail contact@kubehz.io, security@kubehz.io for anything exploitable, or message the team directly in chat.

Is it us or you? status.kubehz.cloud shows the live state of the dashboard, the API and the hosted control planes, plus incident history.
Code of conduct
These spaces (chat, Discussions, Issues and pull requests) are for people trying to run Kubernetes well. Assume the person you are replying to knows something you do not, ask before assuming bad intent, and keep the thread useful for whoever finds it in six months.
Not acceptable, anywhere: harassment or personal attacks, discrimination on any protected ground, sexual attention or imagery, publishing anyone’s private information, and sustained disruption of a thread or room. Recruiting and advertising belong somewhere else.
Reporting. E-mail contact@kubehz.io with what happened and where. It reaches the same small team that answers support, and it is not a public room. We reply within 2 business days and tell you what we did. If your report concerns someone on the team, say so. We will find someone uninvolved to handle it.
We can edit or remove messages, remove someone from a room, and block an account across every kubehz space. We prefer a private word first, and we say so when we have taken an action rather than doing it silently.
