Accessibility Statement

Scope and conformance status

This statement applies to the websites kubehz.io, kubehz.cloud, app.kubehz.cloud and auth.kubehz.cloud, operated by Lanisce, razvoj programske opreme, d.o.o. It does not cover the administration console of our identity provider (id.kubehz.cloud), which is third-party software we do not develop; the sign-in screens every user passes through are served by auth.kubehz.cloud and are in scope.

kubehz is partially conformant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, the standard referenced by EN 301 549. The remaining known limitations concern the dashboard (app.kubehz.cloud); for the public website itself, an automated WCAG 2.1 A/AA sweep of every page, in all five languages, in both the light and dark themes, runs weekly in our build pipeline and currently reports no violations.

Legal framework

Website accessibility in Slovenia is governed by Directive (EU) 2016/2102 and its Slovenian implementation, the Websites and Mobile Applications Accessibility Act (Zakon o dostopnosti spletišč in mobilnih aplikacij — ZDSMA). Those obligations bind public-sector bodies; as a private company we are not a public-sector body and commit to the same standard voluntarily.

For private-sector products and services, the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) applies since 28 June 2025 through its Slovenian implementation, the Act on the Accessibility of Products and Services for Persons with Disabilities (Zakon o dostopnosti do proizvodov in storitev za invalide — ZDPSI, as amended). Where a service we offer falls within its scope (e-commerce services), the ZDPSI accessibility requirements apply to it.

Testing methodology

• Automated testing with axe-core (WCAG 2.1 A/AA), at two cadences: a weekly full-site sweep (every page, all five languages, light and dark theme) and a per-release gate that blocks the build on new violations across the six most-visited pages
• Manual testing: keyboard operation, screen reader compatibility
• Contrast checks for the light and dark themes

Known limitations

• Website (kubehz.io): none currently known (the most recent weekly full-site sweep found no WCAG 2.1 AA violations)
• Some interactive charts in the dashboard may not be fully operable by keyboard
• Complex tables in the dashboard can be difficult to navigate for screen reader users

Measures

We work continuously on improving accessibility:

• All interactive elements are reachable by keyboard
• Focus indicators are visible on all interactive elements
• All text meets the WCAG AA minimum contrast (4.5:1 normal, 3:1 large)
• The prefers-reduced-motion setting is respected
• The lang attribute is set correctly on all pages

If you are not satisfied with our response, the supervisory body for website accessibility under ZDSMA in Slovenia is the Information Society Inspectorate of the Republic of Slovenia (Inšpektorat Republike Slovenije za informacijsko družbo), operating under the Ministry of Digital Transformation (Ministrstvo za digitalno preobrazbo), Davčna ulica 1, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenija (gov.si).

For services covered by ZDPSI (e-commerce services of private providers), the competent supervisory body is the Market Inspectorate of the Republic of Slovenia (Tržni inšpektorat Republike Slovenije) (gov.si).

Note: ZDSMA formally applies to public-sector bodies. For this privately operated website the information-society inspectorate’s competence may be limited; we list both bodies for transparency.
