The former EU platform for online dispute resolution (ODR) was discontinued on 20 July 2025 (Regulation (EU) 2024/3228); complaints can no longer be submitted there.
We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
