Sub-processors
Last updated: August 2026
English translation — the German version is the legally authoritative one.
The sub-processors engaged for the hosted services, as required by Section 6 of the Data Processing Agreement.
| Sub-processor | Purpose | Location | In use since |
|---|---|---|---|
| Hetzner Online GmbH | Infrastructure hosting (data centres FSN1/NBG1) | Germany (EU) | 19 July 2026 |
| MINDBAZ SAS (“Sweego”), RCS Lille Métropole 893 278 382 | Outbound e-mail: account mail (sign-up confirmation, password reset, invitations) and service notifications | France (EU) | 10 July 2026 |
No sub-processor listed here transfers personal data outside the EU/EEA. Worker nodes running in your own Hetzner account are not sub-processing by us — see Section 1 of the DPA.
How you are told about changes
We announce any new or replacement sub-processor here and by e-mail to every tenant owner, at least 30 days before it begins processing. You may object on justified data protection grounds within those 30 days: write to privacy@kubehz.io. If we go ahead anyway, you may terminate the affected services without penalty and get back any prepaid fees for the unused period.
Change log
- 19 July 2026 — Initial list published: Hetzner Online GmbH.
- 4 August 2026 — MINDBAZ SAS (“Sweego”) added. It has carried outbound e-mail since 10 July 2026; the omission from this list and from Section 4 of the Privacy Policy was a documentation error, corrected here rather than backdated.
